A 1972 ETHIOPIAN 5 EMPEROR .925 STERLING SILVER COIN SET.
FEATURING SELASSIE I "THE KING OF KINGS"
The coin set is limited to 50,000 complete sets. This set is #0538 of 50,000.
The featured coin is a Haile Selassie I
The coins  are in very good condition for a vintage item; however, the coins have been cleaned from a lot of tarnish.
Haile Selassie I was born July 23, 1892 and believed to have died in 1975, but there is no proof of that.
Haile Selassie I  was the last Emperor of Ethiopia. He was honored by being named “The King of Kings.”
He was the heir to a dynasty that traced its origins back to the 13th century.
From there, by tradition, back to King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba.
He was also revered as the returned Messiah of the Bible, God incarnate, among those of the Rastafarian movement.
He, himself, remained an Ethiopian Orthodox Christian throughout his life.
