The coin in the photos is the one you will receive.
It must be noted that many specimens of this one-year issue coin exhibit
a lesser, yet
noticeable
amount of clashed dies & multistriking.
At the time of posting, I have listed  a normal specimen in an about uncirculated grade for comparison. This particular coin presents both facets several standard deviations above the norm.
The off-
center
strike yielding a partial collar can best be seen at the (viewer's) 6:00 to 10:30 the reverse.
The Bugs-Bunny-esque clashed die (lion's tail/leg) can best be seen on the face of Halie Selassié on the obverse.
