This log set is specifically designed for see-through, island and peninsula type fireplaces. This beautifully designed log set features 5 hand-painted ceramic fiber logs that when stacked on the Slope Glaze Vista Burner provide a realistic look. The artistically crafted logs have an authentic bark look with split wood and sawn ends showing. The addition of the Vista Slope Glaze Burner is designed to conceal its controls behind a sliding panel. At every angle this fire has the look of a real wood fire with its flickering flames darting up through the realistic logs. With the flick of a switch your fire is ready for you to grab a good book, get comfy and enjoy! The artfully crafted logs provide a realistic look to the fire and complement the burner pattern to create a lifelike fire, flickering flames and warmth. Unlike a wood fire the vent-free logs generate consistent, controlled heat without flare-ups or die-downs. The Vista Slope Glaze Burner is designed for use in a multi-sided, peninsula or see-thru fireplace or firebox. The Slope Glaze Burner features concealed controls and includes a standing pilot for instant starts. This burner includes a millivolt valve and features ON/OFF operation and can be controlled manually or by remote or wall switch (sold separately). There is no flame control or temperature adjustment with this burner. You have the option of using a thermostat, a remote or a combination thermostat and remote. It DOES NOT include a remote or a thermostat. Note: This unit does not include a remote control. SHIPPING POLICY
We utilize USPS, UPS and Federal Express for cost-effectiveness when product size permits. Travel times for UPS and FedEx range from 3-5 business days.
For items shipped through UPS or FedEx, signatures are not generally required upon delivery. Often, the driver will make that choice and you may want to leave a note stating a signature is not necessary. For business deliveries, signatures may be required.
We use commercial carriers (truck) for larger pieces, fragile items, and multiple-piece orders to reduce shipping costs. A carrier representative will call to schedule delivery and someone will need to be present to accept the package(s). If you do not accept the phone calls of these freight carriers to schedule an appointment the carrier will be forced to return the freight.
