This is a fake fireplace and will not heat room.  The materials cost me 0 for the fireplace.  The accessories were about another 0 or so.  Total original cost is about 0 not to mention the labor I put in to build it.  I am offering it here for an opening bid of 0 for local pick up in Miami, FL.
The items on top of mantle are not included in this sale.
Items that ARE included is the faux fireplace, the fake logs that light up when you plug it in and the andirons it sits on, the tools, the tray with logs, the screen, and the wall mirror.
