    Return Policy:
    All sales on discontinued, clearance, and damaged merchandise are considered final sale. Returns are not eligible under any circumstances.
    Shipping Policies:
    Our merchandise can only be shipped within the United States.
    Please include the correct shipping address upon purchase as the address cannot be altered once an order leaves Arizona Fireplaces.
    All discontinued, clearance, and damaged products are shipped from Phoenix, Arizona.
    Orders processed before 1:00PM Arizona-time will be shipped on the same day. All other orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
    Purchases made after 1:00PM on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.
    Orders that are made on national holidays, such as Christmas or Thanksgiving, will be processed the following business day.
    All damaged and missing freight requests need to be sent to and handled by our Customer Service Department.  Please message us on eBay to take the first steps in this process.
    All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for any freight claims.
    Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage or defects to the packaging, customers are advised to refuse the shipment.
    If the customer accepts the shipment, the customer must notate and provide the description of the damage on the freight bill (bill of landing.)
    Concealed damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for opening all packaging, inspecting all product, and notifying us within the 48-hour window.
    Pictures of the damaged freight and/or item(s) are required for all claims.
    If a shipment arrives missing items, contact us immediately. After 48 hours of receipt, Arizona Fireplaces will not be responsible for any missing items.
