New American Tourister All Purpose Luggage Cart for 100 lbs with bungee straps

New American Tourister by Franzus All Purpose Luggage Cart.  Capacity is 100 lbs.  Cart has large black bungee straps, large wheels and a rubber comfort handle.  Base is 22" high and 13.75" wide at the wheels.  Bought new over a decade ago and never used.   Stored in closet and found while cleaning out.  Chrome shows some scratches but wheels have no wear.
